1- Label Studio

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Wearing loose-fitting clothing is recommended.

Please wash or disinfect your hands upon arrival.

To ensure a hygienic environment, it is mandatory to wear clean stockings.

If you have any signs of a contagious infection, please stay home and take care of yourself.

Please put your electronic devices in silent mode.

2- Reservation

A session lasts 55 minutes unless otherwise stated. Please book your session online in advance.

3- Refund and transfer

Paid but unused sessions will be refunded upon request. Sessions are non-transferable.

4- Cancellation

Cancellations for a session must be made 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, the session is non-refundable.

5- Health and safety

If you become pregnant or experience any health problems (including injury), please consult your healthcare professional for approval before resuming your Gyrotonic® sessions.
